We are thrilled to present our latest additions to the CarryMatic product line, which includes a compact AMR power roller conveyor and station designed for the OTTO 100. Additionally, we're showcasing the capability to move large carts with our newly enhanced 9-inch stroke electric scissor lift attachment for the OTTO 1500. Visitors can also explore a variety of other attachments at the OTTO booth located just across the aisle. Our CarryMore mother-daughter cart system will be available for interactive demonstrations, highlighting how our range of products can significantly enhance both efficiency and safety in handling materials.

Powered Roller AMR Attachment

We build custom and standard power roller conveyor attachment for all size AMRs. The rollers are driven by 24V MDR rollers controlled via Modbus signals from the AMR. The effective width and length of the roller beds can be customized to fit your individual load size requirements. Attachment can be designed to load/unload from either side of the AMR. Powered gates are standard features in all load/unload directions. Attachments are also available in a dual bay configuration that can be either a side load/unload or a front and rear load/unload. Units can be integrated with current or new line-side equipment.

Powered Conveyor Cart - Dual Bay

The CarryMatic Dual Bay Cart is a powered roller conveyor cart designed for automated material transfers within a CarryMatic System. It features a quad-steer steering system that allows for tight turns and excellent tracking, and incorporates other features such as load sensors, motor drives, and a stack light. CarryMatic carts also feature a robust safety system that includes a safety bumper and multiple emergency stop buttons. The carts can be connected into trains, towed by either AGVs or manual tugger trucks. These carts are sized to your footprint and weight capacities. The Dual Bay Carts allow for a shorter train and smaller turn radius vs. the same number of loads in Single Bay Carts where applications allow.

TQSA-40

The TQSA-40 (Tugger, Quad-Steer, Single-Bay, "A" Size) is a mother cart that features our dual pin mechanical center latch with Elemate 1.0 technology which mechanically lifts the daughter cart off the ground during transport. This true quad-steer design creates superior tracking in transit and allows this cart to make tight turns with minimal walk-in from the first cart to the last in the train. 

Premium stout casters help easily tug up to 4,000 lbs and can be pulled in either direction with a quick change of the tongue and can be arranged to be loaded from either side of the isle. Carts are easily connected with a power quick connect and a standard 2″ ball hitch that creates a quiet, smooth and consistent follow path.  

TQDC-40

The TQDC-40 (Tugger, Quad-Steer, Dual-Bay, "C" Size) features Our single pin mechanical side latch with elemate 1.0 to lift the daughter cart off the ground during transport. The true Quad-steer design creates superior tracking in transit and allows this cart to make tight turns with minimal walk-in from the first cart to the last in the train. Stout, Premium casters help easily tug up to 4000 lbs and can be pulled in either direction with a quick change of the tongue and can be arranged to be loaded from either side of the isle. Carts are easily connected with a standard 2" ball hitch that creates a quiet, smooth and consistent follow path.  Maximize capacity with the dual bays allowing you to tug 2 individual carts or one large cart over both bays. Daughter Carts Can Range From 18″ X 33″ To 28″ X 50″ In A Single Bay Or Up To 72″ X 50″ As A Dual Bay Cart.
